These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hdb88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the services available at hdb88.io ("the Platform"). By creating an account or by continuing to use the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register on the Platform, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number). You agree to update this information promptly should it change. hdb88 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active hdb88 account. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared identity documents, shared payment methods, shared device, shared IP address, or any other indicator — hdb88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately and to forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of hdb88 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences thereof.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hdb88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hdb88 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. You agree to notify hdb88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hdb88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with international anti-money-laundering standards. Before processing any withdrawal, the Company may require you to submit verified copies of government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is satisfactorily provided.

3.3 Account Closure

The Company reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hdb88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified via their registered email prior to any fee being applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting customer support.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hdb88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hdb88 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour, or participating in any coordinated strategy to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, hdb88 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the associated account.

5.4 Promotion Modification & Cancellation

hdb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or to the Player's registered email address. Continued participation in a promotion following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by hdb88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. hdb88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical errors or human error will be voided and the stake returned.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecard as published by the relevant cricket board (e.g., BCB, BCCI, ICC). hdb88's settlement decision is final. Settlement disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being published.

6.3 Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period required for settlement has elapsed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to individual sports and are available in the Platform's betting rules section. In-play bets already settled before abandonment will stand.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per account. Current limits are displayed within the Platform. hdb88 reserves the right to reduce winnings to the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the odds or stake placed. Players are advised to review current payout limits before placing large-stakes wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hdb88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one hdb88 account.

• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform employees.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.

• Abusing, threatening, or harassing hdb88 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure.

hdb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hdb88 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the Player's registered address. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hdb88 is incorporated. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
